Level 1 - Little to no experience
You are new to real estate sales (<12 months). You attend company auctions and/or assist in campaigns as your are learning and developing. You have an interest in auctioneering and/or your team have encouraged you to become an auctioneer.
Level 2 - Active in multiple auction campaigns
You have been in Real Estate sales for a minimum of 12 months. Indirectly, you run multiple sales campains and auction is your prefered method of sale. You would, potentially, like to compete in a novice auctioneers competition or may have enrolled to compete in a novice auctioneers competition. You have watched multiple auctions live and online. You have the been present to witness an auction competition.
Level 3 - Engaged in training and development
You are active in running your own campaigns,your passion for auctioneering has grown and have attended auction training session/s. You have competed in a novice competition and keen to call your first auction. You have conducted a Charity auction.
Level 4 - You're calling auctions
You are actively running your own campaigns and calling all your own auctions. You have continued to attend auctioneer training and wish to explore and discover more to enhance your current skill set.
Level 5 - Enhanced Calling & Development
You are actively running your own campaigns, calling all your own auctions AND calling auctions for others in the team. You have continued to attend auctioneer training and to call charity auctions. You frequently watch other auctioneers in person and online. You do not require a pencillar to help with your auction.
Level 6 - Advancing + multiple auctions weekly + thinking senior competitions
Even though you're a busy & successful agent, you constantly refine your craft. You have attended advanced auctioneer training. You have worked with others in your business to help deliver better auctions. You have an apetite to compete at a senior competition level and have attended senior auction competitions.
Level 7 - Hyper learning + performance
Refining the craft is now high on your agenda. Learning off other auctioneers is a weekly activity. You attend all local competitions as part of your training. You attend third party auctioneer coaching 3-4 (minimum) times per year. You have competed in the senior competition and performed well. You are active in auction chapter or comittees, giving back to our industry.
Level 8 - Conduct quality auctions regularly and participated at a senior competition level
You understand the role Voice and Body Language play in the refinement of the craft. Studying voice and/or acting, underpinning your auction by the power of the performance. You have competed at the most senior level competitions. You share your craft with others while continuing to grow yourself.
Level 9 - Refining the craft to the fullest
Extraordinary results require extraordinary actions, obtain coaching in voice, acting and body language. You take time to examine some of the best auctioneers in the countrty and beyond. Giving back to the industry, which includes: working with others, assisting with competitions, help guide the rules and laws, you continue to compete on all levels of auctioneering.
Level 10 - You have been judged and WON!
All of the above AND you have won at State or Australasian level.
